Overview

Business architecture is made up of many components and architects, though not all of them would be useful for every organization. This course aims to help participants get a thorough understanding of the different components and artifacts, to understand the benefits and limitations of each and be able to provide the highest possible business value. The course discusses how participants can ensure that business value is maintained when a business transitions from strategic initiatives to tactical initiatives, while using the best possible approach based on the characteristics and features of the initiative as well as the business strategies.
