Overview
This class discusses the features and scheduling engine of Microsoft Project in detail, helping participants understand how to build detailed project schedules track and update actuals, build great reports and track all the details of a project in Microsoft Project. The course includes basic topics such as navigating Project, starting a new project plan and tracking process; as well as advanced level topics such as, scheduling engine, manual and automatic scheduled tasks, fixed duration vs. fixed units, and advance resource management. The course also focuses on Earned Value Analysis and how to track it within Microsoft Project.
This course is valid for using both Microsoft Project 2013 and 2016.
