Overview

The Agile Program and Portfolio Management training program covers how to get work to flow from ideas to working software quicker. Agile helps businesses and professionals respond to change quickly, however, the delivery processes at the higher level in organizations are more often than not, not aligned to the Agile approach. This courses pushes participants to rethink their program management and portfolio management approaches to maximize the value derived from Agile efforts. The course also discusses scaling, and reviews some of the probable approaches to scale Agile within the organization. The course meets the requirements of the ICP-PPM designation (ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Portfolio and Program Management)
